Designed by Apex Arhitektid, this contemporary coastal residence overlooking the sea in Haapsalu is defined by a clear architectural structure and a restrained natural material palette. Interior surfaces are finished in UKU Clay Marmorino, delivering a refined, smooth matte mineral expression suited to coastal conditions. Throughout the house, lightweight clay boards with hemp shiv were used as the plaster substrate.
