<\/i>HAAPSALU, ESTONIA \/ COASTAL RESIDENCE <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed by Apex Arhitektid, this contemporary coastal residence overlooking the sea in Haapsalu is defined by a clear architectural structure and a restrained natural material palette. Interior surfaces are finished in UKU Clay Marmorino, delivering a refined, smooth matte mineral expression suited to coastal conditions. Throughout the house, lightweight clay boards with hemp shiv were used as the plaster substrate. Installed similarly to gypsum boards, they provide an ideal base for clay plasters while eliminating drying time and accelerating the construction process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
