SPARSE REED MAT

The sparse reed mat is a natural and practical plastering base for both clay and lime plasters. Reed stems are loosely arranged and stitched parallelly together with durable, rust-resistant metal wire. Its open structure makes it an ideal plaster base, as clay adheres exceptionally well around the reeds, ensuring a strong and stable foundation. The mat is durable and easy to staple onto a framework, making installation quick and convenient.
